$100.00 NONREFUNDABLE Waitlist Fee
To be placed on our waitlist, a $100.00 nonrefundable fee is required after you complete your puppy application. This fee, along with your approved application, secures your place on the waitlist. The fee applies to either coat type.

Payment Process
Once your puppy is born and it’s your turn to pick, a $300.00 nonrefundable deposit will be required to reserve and hold your puppy. The balance will be due one week before your puppy goes home. We accept payments via Venmo and Good Dog.

Puppy Pickup
Your puppy will be ready to go home at 8-9 weeks of age. The buyer is responsible for any transport or travel fees. If you are unable to pick up your puppy by 10 weeks of age, a boarding fee will apply.

Pickup Options:

• You are welcome to pick up your puppy directly at our home.

• We can meet you at Lexington, KY, Louisville, KY or Cincinnati, OH airports (all service all major airlines) for you to fly home with your puppy.

• If necessary, we can help arrange shipping with a trusted Flight Nanny.
